Temporary work is an agreement between three entities: an employee, an employer and an employment agency. It is connected with the fact that the employees are employed by the PIXY employment agency on the basis of:

fixed-term employment contracts;

civil law contracts (order, work, agency contract).
The agency also deals with the payment of contributions and taxes.
After signing the contract, we delegate you to work for the entrepreneur cooperating with us.
