When you provide us with your personal data, Agencja Pracy PIXY limited liability company becomes their administrator. We process personal data only to the extent that they have been made available to us and only for the purpose of providing them. So if, for example, you have expressed your desire to take part in our recruitment, your data will be used only for this purpose. However, if you establish cooperation with us, your data will be used to perform the contract concluded with us. The purposes of the processing can be found in the respective disclosure obligations.

Often, personal data is processed on the basis of consent (e.g. in the case of recruitment). Other grounds for data processing include contract, the need to protect the interests of a given person, the need to perform certain legal obligations incumbent on the personal data administrator. So consent is not always necessary.

Providing personal data is always voluntary. However, you must be aware that by not providing your data, you will not be able, for example, to take part in our recruitment (without information about you, we are not able to match the appropriate offer for you).

It may turn out that it will be necessary to transfer your data to other entities (eg contractors).  We conclude the following contracts with our contractors:

  • contracts for the provision of recruitment services (i.e. we are looking for employees / associates for our contractors),

  • contracts for the provision of temporary work (i.e. we send employees / contractors to work for user employers),

  • outsourcing agreements (i.e. we provide services to contractors with the use of our own staff),

  • contracts for referring employees to foreign employers (i.e. we find a foreign employer who employs recruited / proposed by us employees / associates abroad).

Due to the nature of our business, your personal data may be entrusted or made available to other entities, including in particular our Contractors. If it is possible to the fullest extent possible, your data is anonymized at the recruitment stage. The employees of Agencja Pracy PIXY sp. Z o. O. Have been properly authorized to process personal data and maintain confidentiality in this respect.

When processing personal data, we make every effort to ensure that it is properly secured and that unauthorized persons do not have access to it. Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country or an international organization without separate consent.

However, remember that you, too, should protect your personal data. Do not share them with other people unless necessary.

Remember that in accordance with the GDPR, you decide to what extent and for the purpose of processing your personal data. Agencja Pracy PIXY spółka z o. O. Takes into account your decisions regarding personal data.

Therefore, you can contact us at any time for this purpose. You can learn how to store them. If your data is processed on the basis of consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Remember, however, that after its withdrawal, you will not be able to use the services we offer. The same applies to a request to delete your personal data. Remember that we will not always be able to delete your personal data immediately (e.g. after the termination of cooperation with you, we must store them for the period resulting from legal provisions).

You can update and change your personal data at any time. In certain cases (e.g. when your data is processed for the purposes of direct marketing of services provided by the administrator), you have the right to object to the processing of personal data.

If you believe that your personal data rights have been violated (e.g. the data has been in the hands of an unauthorized person), please notify us. Thanks to this, we will be able to effectively protect your rights. You are also entitled to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority for the protection of personal data (currently the Inspector General for Personal Data)
