PRIVACY POLICY - INFORMATION  GENERAL

The protection of privacy and personal data is very important to the Agency  Labor PiXY limited liability company. We make every effort to ensure that the processing of personal data takes place correctly, in accordance with applicable regulations and respecting the rights of persons who provided us with their data.

Before you start using our websites or the services we provide, please read this policy. You can trust us, we are your partner!


Some useful concepts:  

  • Personal data - data that can be used to identify a specific person.  

  • Personal data administrator - an entity that decides about the means and purposes of processing the personal data provided to him.  

  • Processing of personal data - all operations on personal data, including their collection, recording, sharing or deletion.  

  • Personal Data Administrator - the person responsible for the security of personal data processed by the Agency  PIXY Labor Limited Liability Company.

  • Entrusting personal data - transfer of personal data to the entity that administers them on behalf of the administrator.


Contractor - an entity with any of the Co-administrators concluded an agreement the subject of which is the provision by the Co-administrator of recruitment, outsourcing, job placement services, assigning employees to a foreign employer or temporary work.

PRIVACY POLICY - PROCESSING  PERSONAL DATA

When you provide us with your personal data, Agencja Pracy PIXY limited liability company becomes their administrator. We process personal data only to the extent that they have been made available to us and only for the purpose of providing them. So if, for example, you have expressed your desire to take part in our recruitment, your data will be used only for this purpose. However, if you establish cooperation with us, your data will be used to perform the contract concluded with us. The purposes of the processing can be found in the respective disclosure obligations. 


Often, personal data is processed on the basis of consent (e.g. in the case of recruitment). Other grounds for data processing include contract, the need to protect the interests of a given person, the need to perform certain legal obligations incumbent on the personal data administrator. So consent is not always necessary. 


Providing personal data is always voluntary. However, you must be aware that by not providing your data, you will not be able, for example, to take part in our recruitment (without information about you, we are not able to match the appropriate offer for you). 


It may turn out that it will be necessary to transfer your data to other entities (eg contractors).  We conclude the following contracts with our contractors:

  • contracts for the provision of recruitment services (i.e. we are looking for employees / associates for our contractors),

  • contracts for the provision of temporary work (i.e. we send employees / contractors to work for user employers),

  • outsourcing agreements (i.e. we provide services to contractors with the use of our own staff),

  • contracts for referring employees to foreign employers (i.e. we find a foreign employer who employs recruited / proposed by us employees / associates abroad).


Due to the nature of our business, your personal data may be entrusted or made available to other entities, including in particular our Contractors. If it is possible to the fullest extent possible, your data is anonymized at the recruitment stage. The employees of Agencja Pracy PIXY sp. Z o. O. Have been properly authorized to process personal data and maintain confidentiality in this respect. 


When processing personal data, we make every effort to ensure that it is properly secured and that unauthorized persons do not have access to it. Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country or an international organization without separate consent. 


However, remember that you, too, should protect your personal data. Do not share them with other people unless necessary.

PRIVACY POLICY - WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS?

Remember that in accordance with the GDPR, you decide to what extent and for the purpose of processing your personal data. Agencja Pracy PIXY spółka z o. O. Takes into account your decisions regarding personal data.  

Therefore, you can contact us at any time for this purpose. You can learn how to store them. If your data is processed on the basis of consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Remember, however, that after its withdrawal, you will not be able to use the services we offer. The same applies to a request to delete your personal data. Remember that we will not always be able to delete your personal data immediately (e.g. after the termination of cooperation with you, we must store them for the period resulting from legal provisions).


You can update and change your personal data at any time. In certain cases (e.g. when your data is processed for the purposes of direct marketing of services provided by the administrator), you have the right to object to the processing of personal data.  

If you believe that your personal data rights have been violated (e.g. the data has been in the hands of an unauthorized person), please notify us. Thanks to this, we will be able to effectively protect your rights. You are also entitled to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority for the protection of personal data (currently the Inspector General for Personal Data)

 POLICY  COOKIE FILES

Cookie files (so-called cookies) are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the Website User's end device and are intended for using the Website's pages. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, the storage time on the end device and a unique number.

WHAT DO WE USE COOKIES FOR"?

Cookies are used for the following purposes:

  • adjusting the content of the Website pages to the User's preferences and optimizing the use of websites; in particular, these files allow to recognize the device of the Website User and properly display the website, tailored to his individual needs;  

  • creating statistics that help to understand how Website Users use websites, which allows improving their structure and content.

WHICH COOKIES DO WE USE?

The Website uses two basic types of cookies: session cookies and persistent cookies. Session cookies are temporary files that are stored on the User's end device until logging out, leaving the website or turning off the software (web browser). Persistent cookies are stored on the User's end device for the time specified in the cookie file parameters or until they are deleted by the User.  

Cookies used by the Service operator's partners, including in particular website users, are subject to their own privacy policy

DO THE "COOKIES" CONTAIN PERSONAL DATA?

Cookies used on the Website do not store any personal data.

MANAGING "COOKIES"
